The initial consultation fee is $375 (which is deducted from your total assessment cost if you proceed).
A 50% deposit ($187.50) is required to secure your booking (see cancellation details below).

Chermside Health Hub provides 2 hours of free parking in the basement carpark, accessed via Rode Road. Free street parking is also available in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We know life can be unpredictable, that’s why we’ve designed a simple policy that protects your time and ours.
- A 50% deposit ($187.50) secures your initial consultation.
- If you need to reschedule, just give us 2 business days’ notice and we’ll transfer your deposit to your new appointment, no problem.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 2 business days’ notice, your deposit becomes the cancellation fee.
